  Customer service is amazing here. Kevin D. And Yvonne B. were so kind and helpful. They both really went the extra mile to help me find the right fuel cap for my car. They called other locations to see if they could find it and Kevin even went out of his way to check to make sure I was getting the right cap to match the correct trim for my car. Highly recommend.

  I went there Wednesday after charging my car across the street with the intention of buying air fresheners for my car at the same time I needed to use the restroom. A nice hispanic gentleman whose name I did not get showed me to the restroom his coworker a young hispanic girl with glasses was sitting at the register staring at the computer. I came out of the restroom and left. The next day yesterday Thurs after charging my company car I Needed to use the bathroom I am on a prescription diuretic which makes me go constantly and I wanted to do it before my driving shift started so I go back into the autozone which is a process and I asked the girl who was there the day before did she mind me using the rest room, she was in the middle of helping a customer. She didn't reply we don't have a public restroom and I replied really because I was here yesterday and you were here and your co-worker showed me to the restroom so how did it change from one day to the next? And how is it you didn't remember me because there was no one in the store yesterday and I remembered you. So she said reluctantly let me you'll find someone to Help you clearly by her body language I could tell she didn't want to help me she had a bit of an attitude. A gentleman appeared who was not the same person to help me yesterday. And I told him I was here yesterday had to use the restroom while I'm purchased and I was shown the restroom and today this co-worker is telling me you don't have a public restroom. And I did include I wanted to make a purchase as well then he asked me you wanna go to the restroom first before you make a purchase I said yes of course I'm on a medication that makes Have to use the restroom and then I thought to myself why am I explaining this to you can you just let me use the restroom yes or no he was hesitant on doing it so I just said you know what forget about it I'm not coming back in here anymore you guys have very poor customer service while exiting the door the young lady Quipped up and was making smart remarks to which I told her she was a smart ass, She continued to make remarks right there in front of the customer that she acted like she was helping. I told her to shut up. Mind you I'm 62 years old and I do look younger for my age clearly that girl has no respect and a very nasty attitude never going back to this store ever if you want to get treated badly help yourself
