  This is not to get anyone in trouble I do have the receipt and can be specific but this is more of a do better moment. My father went in blown hose truck overheated and made it to the parking lot stranded. He went inside and they told him the had the hose at the hub store. I drove to that store on my way there I called the original store to get a part number. Grey shirt said “just go there they will know”. Went there and they did not have the hose in stock. Went to my father and went inside the store with the blown hose. Grey shirt was upset, said he had already told my dad they didn’t have it. From the corner I saw I hose that would work. I asked for it and first thing the grey shirt said you can’t return it when you buy it with a very bad attitude. I said its fine thank you. Me and my father proceeded to make that hose work luckily since I am ASE certified and everything was fine. Luckily I know how hoses are categorized by letter referring to their inside diameter. I don’t expect zoners to fully know their craft but just be honest and say “ hey I don’t find it and I don’t think I have it what would you like to do?” Don’t give a bad attitude to people that are stressed because something blew out in their car. Most of us car people start the same with a two tone ricer that sounds loud but goes 0 to 60 in 2 minutes. But you aren’t really a car guy until you learn your craft and can make things work.

  I had the worst experience at this AutoZone ever! The worker made a mistake on giving me the wrong brake pads. I had a horrible experience here and I would not recommend anyone to come here due to the poor service the manager lacked in giving me

  Today, I call Auto Zone on Manchester Ave. described I needed an alternator for a Ford F-150, Lariat super crew. The man on the phone said yes we have it in-Store. Great I will be right there. I arrived went to the counter and two men were at the register. The younger of the two was pushed/shuffled to next register and the older man said he will help you. I go to the other register and proceed to tell the clerk what I needed in the format mentioned above. He turns the monitor to me and do you see what you need? We don’t carry Lariats. The whole the older man is visibly locked in on the conversation but zipped lipped. I said are you asking me what you need to sell me. The older never injected correction. I proceeds to leave the store but returned and asked for the manger. Lightening bolts, the older gentleman standing speechless within less than 3 1/2 feet from the conversation and interaction said he was the manager. He said he didn’t hear anything. Women if you need to visit an Auto Zone, the Manchester store doesn’t value certain customers. They are just occupying a vote. Do some test runs to evaluate the customer service you receive.
