  Called and confirmed a reservation at 8:10 this morning with this location, also confirmed the reservation through roadside assistance (urgently). Got an uber to the location after confirming with both, just for them to say they didn’t have the car, and the guy that spoke to me on the phone denied speaking with me on the phone entirely even after I showed them the call log to them and they confirmed that was their location. Super unprofessional.

  My Chinese friends that we met at the rv park in thermal lost their car due to an accident and they were needing a rental car so I took him up there and helped him understand and them understand what he needed and what they were offering and they did great,very professional all of the employees 5 Stars 🤩

  I rented a 10-12 passenger vehicle, and I even call a day before to make sure they had it , and they told me yes. When I got there to pick it up they gave me a 15 passenger vehicle. Also the manager was rude she said she had nothing else and just walk insideher office. I also waited more than an hour to get that vehicle that I didn't rent. The day I returned it , she was there and she wasn't to nice.

  This is probably more a corporate review, but may be just this particular location. I called to reserve a car, spoke to a human being, they confirmed rate and availability, only to get a call saying they don’t take same day reservations… and they “don’t know why the system let me do that”… it seems that should be known by the people taking the reservations….. to quote Seinfeld "You know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation"…
