The truck was dirty, I had to clean it out myself before putting my furniture inside. Ivan Lotito didn't even offer me options of care plan or to do in-town or drop off at another facility, or how long I can rent the truck, instead he said it was mandatory to do what he wanted because I didn't make a reservation at his location. I asked for no care plan & to drop off the truck at another facility as well to use the whole day. The truck didn't even have the correct mileage as was provided in the paper. Not only did I pay for what I did not want but that guy blamed his own boss for not keeping the vehicles clean and had no care if I reported him. Would not advise to go for u-haul
