  Very fast and efficient team ,get you in and out very fast. Jesus ,Anthony ,and John were very courteous and respectful I recommend Indio store to anybody in the Coachella Valley. Best service I’ve had in California, thanks to the whole team.

  I just wanted to reach out and leave a review based on the phenomenal experience I had at Jiffy Lube in Indio. I’ve always taken my car to Mazda for oil changes, and it’s unbelievably expensive. For some reason I thought I was bound to going there because of my warranty. This is definitely not the truth. It may be preferred according to Mazda, but it’s not necessary. I drive a 2023 Mazda CX30 Carbon Edition and the best price at Mazda with coupons is $130.00, plus I have to drive all the way to Palm Springs. I had a great experience from the beginning, through the online portal, researching services and looking for any available deals. It was super easy to sign up and get a quote. When I had arrived to Jiffy Lube, I pulled into the parking lot, parked my car and as I was getting ready to exit my vehicle, I was approached and welcomed by a representative, named Angela. I was very surprised to see a member of their team come outside to see how she could help me. I did not have a scheduled appointment, and I hadn’t called to say I was on my way, so when I was greeted at my car door I thought it was awesome. Angela was very kind, her demeanor was pleasant, she is very knowledgeable, and professional. I admired her willingness, and enthusiasm in providing great customer service, while addressing the reason for my visit. I felt seen, and heard which are two very important aspects or details when I am dealing with any kind of business. Just a basic understanding of what it is that I wanted without all the extra fluff, while answering all the questions I had. The entire team were amazing, my experience was a great one and I would highly recommend anyone to take their vehicles to Jiffy Lube, Indio. I can’t speak to other services aside from an oil change, but I’d be willing to bet they would do an excellent job, at a very reasonable price. I’m very pleased with the outcome, and the price I paid. Many thanks to everyone who helped me, for taking such great care of me and my car. I will definitely be back.

  I showed up at 4:15 for an oil change. As a business owner I have 4 trucks serviced at this location. The bays were all empty and the employee was sitting outside on the patio. I told him I was there for an oil change. He informed me that it was only him and 1 other employee on site and the service would take 45 minutes I thanked him and went to their other location on Adams Ave and Hwy 111 in La Quinta Anthony greeted me immediately and I was in and out in 15 minutes. He was very professional My trucks will serviced by them in the future 12 years in Indio!!!
