I guess you are not supposed to eat anything 20 minutes prior to a sample, but I was unaware of this policy. The kind lady at Intoxalock understood, and credited it back to my account. - JHJustine HammondMar 15, 20241.0Where do I start… first things first, what was quoted was not what the final lease agreement turned out to be. I had the device installed on my car on 3/11/24 and intoxalock sent paperwork over with one wrong letter in my VIN, pushing back the date to where I couldn’t turn paper into DMV and start my 1 year time. It took 4 days for them to send updated paperwork and that is 4 extra days that I didn’t get credit for, prolonging my lease even longer. I’m hoping that things start running smoother with this company, considering the fact that they kept blowing up my phone to go with their company claiming to be the BEST!
