  ENTERPRISE of Indio has this lovely sweet girls named Britney and Naomi, they know how to make feel customers very satisfied with the rental, they has a solution for everyone's rental needs and with a big smile, i am very pleased to write this review because everybody who need a rental vehicle should meet Britney and Naomi, great customer care representatives, courteous, professionals and very polite, thank you ENTERPRISE for cover all my rental needs.

  Brittney goes above and beyond for her costumers. She is knowledgeable, friendly and patient. If I had to rate her costumer service I definitely would give her a 10 plus. She is absolutely the best and is always smiling.

  Worst rental company ever. Constantly booking reservations for vehicles they don’t have. Happens every time. I’m done with enterprise.

  Called and confirmed a reservation at 8:10 this morning with this location, also confirmed the reservation through roadside assistance (urgently). Got an uber to the location after confirming with both, just for them to say they didn’t have the car, and the guy that spoke to me on the phone denied speaking with me on the phone entirely even after I showed them the call log to them and they confirmed that was their location. Super unprofessional.
