    It was a very crowded waiting room and the staff was calm and professional. Noami, to be specific was amazing. She balanced the people waiting to rent Cara, with people returning cars AND dealing with an extraordinary amount of patience with people on the phone. Other customers commented to her as well to how much patience she has and her coworker said “I don’t know how she does it”. It’s obvious she loves people and her job. True example of what customer service should be. AND she’s Bilingual as well!!! Wow! Just wow. I didn’t even mind waiting as she provided updates with wait times as we waited. She deserves a raise! You’re lucky to have her

    I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by the Indio location of Enterprise Rent-A-Car. On Friday, I was left stranded on the side of the road waiting for roadside assistance for 4 hours and 30 minutes. No one followed up. No one checked on my safety. I was sitting there in distress, and the level of neglect was unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I attempted to speak with the manager, Naomi, on Saturday and Sunday, she hung up on me both times. There was no apology, no concern, and no attempt to resolve the situation. After everything I went through, the least I expected was professionalism and basic customer service. I pay $250 a week to rent with Enterprise. I would think that as a paying customer, I would be treated fairly and with respect. Instead, I was met with rudeness and complete disregard for my safety and time. Customer service should never involve dismissing someone who was stranded for hours. The way this was handled was unacceptable, and I hope corporate reviews how this location treats its customers.

    Absolute worst! Avoid at all costs! I made reservation at the Indio location only to arrive when I needed to head out for my trip and find out nothing was available. I was told “the system likes to overbook”. No attempt to help me find another option. Then I called their customer service. They had 0 sympathy for what happened and could only accommodate me by having me go to Palm Springs and charge me another $150 on top of my previous reservation amount.

    Had a confirmed reservation for an Audi Q5. They did not have the vehicle available. Multiple folks there with confirmed reservations could not get a car. Poor service and experience. Avoid if you can.
