There were several cars on the lot. I asked if I could wait around until closing to see if anyone no-showed. But I was told no, because they were being held for reservations for the next morning.

What made the situation even worse was the clear sense of linguistic racism—I was treated dismissively because of the way I speak. There was another staff member present who could speak a different language and could have helped, but due to their laziness and unwillingness to assist, no effort was made to resolve the situation. Simple questions felt like an inconvenience to them, and the lack of respect and care left a very negative impression.

Drive off the alignment was a ay OFF returned and was giving a Full size truck which it didn’t need. Was told to return at noon the next day. Till nothing available. Came back at 3pm and the manager said they had no cars. While I was waiting someone came in and wanted a truck. What do you know mysteriously since someone else wanted a truck they had a small car for me. Several other customer had issues while I waited both days.
