  I had an awesome experience thanks to Noel, Parts Sales Manager. After being told to drive 30 minutes to another store for a part, we found out it was actually available at the original location, which was frustrating at first. But Noel completely turned the situation around with his professionalism and positive attitude. He took ownership of the inconvenience right away and went above and beyond by offering us a discount, which honestly meant a lot. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about customer experience the way he does. You can tell Noel takes pride in his work and handles situations the right way without hesitation. That kind of dedication really stands out. If he’s aiming to grow within the company, I just want to say I’m rooting for him—he has everything it takes to be a great manager and leader. AutoZone would be smart to keep investing in him.

  Carlos Ramirez was amazing. He was able to check my battery and make sure it was working well, was able to point me towards the right oil and spark plug for my car. I appreciated his work and he gave me an amazing experience in a very difficult time.

  Yesterday, I had an excellent experience replacing a dead battery in my Audi Q3. Noe provided a helpful, knowledgeable service and had me back on the road quickly. Big shout out to Noe and the Jackson Auto Zone.
