Today's visit was a great experience! Kim and the manager Ruby did a great job checking me in, explaining to me about the services that were recommended along with their prices and asked me if it was okay to do them, replacing the cabin air filter, replacing the brake light, and assisting with the tire rotation and oil change. The rest of the team did a great job with the oil change, tire rotation, and radiator fluid replacement. Thank you!
Friendly, thorough, respectful, efficient, clean, safe and easy to get in/out of. Everyone here was helpful and welcoming. Jonathan called fleet maintenance company and patiently discussed, confirmed and ensured all their questions were answered so approvals could be provided.

I cannot afford to pay for an oil change that can equal a whole Car Payment!!! I used to go to Walmart. I can afford that. Last time I went to a local business in Orange and paid $80. That's still high; but your price is Highway Robbery!!!! I felt Pressured continuously. Never again is all I can say. Just because my car had been there before did NOT mean that as the New owner I had.

We came back in September to do an oil change, and they mentioned we should change our filter, which we agreed to. While cleaning the interior of my car, I noticed that the filter wasn’t screwed on all the way, so I brought my car back just to ask them to screw it back in. Instead of being a quick process, they consistently asked, “Was it at this location?” “Who did it?” and a bunch of unnecessary questions when all I had asked was for them to make sure everything was in place. I asked them why it was so difficult to fix this, and they said they had to “search it up” and that “every car is different.” You're working at a car shop and you don't know how to make sure a filter is back in place? The women working there were also giving dirty looks, as if we were lying. If they had taken the time to look at the actual vehicle instead of going on YouTube to search up how to put a filter back, a complaint wouldn’t have been written. Extremely unprofessional and they clearly don't have the right credentials to work at this job.

: The garage was about to close and the team took care of me quick and fast and informed me what was needed done to car. They were friendly and informative and worked as a team and got me out quickly
