  Ramiro was very helpful and not pushy. He was able to complete multiple repairs at different times to fit our budget. Also supplied photos to validate certain repairs that were needed.

  I brought my car in for a flat tire and had a disappointing experience. Although it is my car and my phone number was provided, the manager, Ramiro, repeatedly insisted on calling my husband instead of communicating directly with me. I was told I needed new brakes and rotors on both the front and back, and that it would take an extra day for parts to arrive. The following day, I was called back and told the parts would not be coming in after all and that I should simply pick up my car and have Mercedes do the work instead. The lack of clear communication and professionalism was frustrating, and I ultimately left without the issue being resolved.
