Although it is my car and my phone number was provided, the manager, Ramiro, repeatedly insisted on calling my husband instead of communicating directly with me. I was told I needed new brakes and rotors on both the front and back, and that it would take an extra day for parts to arrive. The following day, I was called back and told the parts would not be coming in after all and that I should simply pick up my car and have Mercedes do the work instead. The lack of clear communication and professionalism was frustrating, and I ultimately left without the issue being resolved.
