  I’ve been in my fair share of auto parts stores over the last couple years because my vehicle is nearing the end of its life, and my experience at this location was the best I’ve ever had. The staff were all genuinely friendly and wanted to help me find the right solution for my Rogue with a check engine light. PJ in particular was extremely knowledgeable and took a lot of time to come out and open up my hood and give me advice that ACTUALLY WORKED. He saved me $1000+ by recommending a new dealership gas cap instead of replacing the catalytic converter and guess what… no more check engine light. We all know how frustrating vehicle issues can be because we rely so heavily on mechanics that we don’t know if we can trust… so if you’re in this area start here and you might just save yourself some money and a headache

  Great service, I went in for a battery test and my truck would not start back up. Tony helped me get a new battery and installed it for free. He then ran a test on my alternator and starter and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes. Great service and very helpful. Thanks Tony

  Love this location. Always friendly staff and lots of inventory on the shelves. Earlier today, I messed up and placed a pick up order for the Beach Blvd location. I showed up at the Warner location and realized my mistake. All good. Nothing to fear. Tony and Sariah got it all straightened out for me. I was out of there with what I needed in no time. Thank you!

  Honestly this AutoZone is my spot. I've been coming here for years. Throughout the years from a gentleman named Jackson to currently gentleman named PJ - good customer service, A vast knowledge of parts and always willing to work with you. They also will provide service (if free) helping put on a part, help remove battery or put on windshield wipers, take out a filter or in my case a gentleman named PJ at this AutoZone helped me put in my AC booster Arctic freeze when I purchased it months ago from that store. I watched YouTube clips and I read the instructions on the can and still nothing was working. So I went to my favorite AutoZone pulled off to the side in the shade went inside and ask for some assistance .. PJ was professional and happy to help. Helping me out (free of charge) and walking me through how to work it properly. No overselling no making you feel like you owe a favor. Just honestly a guy that enjoys helping people out. I appreciate you PJ thank you so much for taking a little portion of your time and helping me out make my car an ice cube in this hot weather
