  Brought my 2002 Camry in with check engine light on expecting to replace the purge valve. Allen tire inspected and found a cracked hose near the purge valve. Charged me nothing for the hose replacement which pleasantly surprised me. I will definitely be back for future work.

  I was quoted a price for an oil change over the phone as a returning customer. However, when I arrived on April 11th, the store manager said they don’t offer discounts and gave me a completely different price than what was originally agreed upon. He mentioned a $10 coupon, but even with that, the total came out to the same as the regular non-discounted price. No empathy at all. This was a waste of my time—be cautious and aware of their pricing.

  These guys are so incredibly nice and honest, instead of gouging me to take off some security bolts on my tires, they straight up told me I could go to AutoZone and get the tool myself and saved me $120. They were so incredibly polite to me and I truly value people who tell the truth!!! These guys are really amazing! They truly made my day! Five stars across the board.

  Numerous Services, Honest Business, Knowledgable Staff, Reasonable Rates! THANK YOU!!!! The manager Isaiah and mechanics (Nick and Marcos) went above and beyond -- I don't think i'll take my car anywhere else! Staff was extremely generous with their time and work, even staying late to make unforeseen repairs so I can get to work in the morning. They took meticulous care to thoroughly inspect my vehicle, and finally fixed a glaring start-up issue that 2 prior dealerships overlooked. Isaiah is honest and provides reasonable rates-- it's clear he has your best interest in mind. Not only did I save a couple grand by completing services here, but Isaiah also reviewed my repair history and discovered multiple instances of my dealership overlooking and overcharging. I've been putting off an issue Honda quoted me $650 for, yet the Allen crew resolved it quickly and I was able to put that money towards more worthwhile parts. If you're looking for fair prices and people that care, look no further. I highly recommend Allen HB for tires, repairs, and other car related advice!

  I called and explained what tire I needed and brand its not an easy tire to find .However The gal did indicate she could not find it and then related theu have an up grade for this brand now,with that being said she said it would be there between 2 and 3 how ever she called at 3:15 saying it was a bit delayed and it would arrive by 4:30 .y son took his tire off and we dropped it off around 3:50 she said she would call when done she called after 5 like 5:15 we went there picked it up it looked nothing like the tire we brought in we paid left got back to Escalade proceed to put tire on and it was not good they scratched the rim up mind you its blk and the tire said off road which we did not ask for We asked for a Hercules Avalanche the truck was an out of state shipped here 8 months before we bought it but non of the other tires say off road so yea it doesn't look right tread totally off and now stuck with this embarrassment. ughhh not a happy camper.
