  There melrose location charged me for a service and couldn't get it done and wasn't able to refund me, now I'm going through a claims with there corporate office and by the way I've never been charged the money before a service was completed . A day before at this location i purchased an oil change and ended up with an oil leak from their service, so earlier in the day before the melrose valvoline delima i was at this location for over two hours having them fix the oil leak, they acknowledged the oil leak and said they fixed it and they apologize for there mistake. Later on in the day i decided on going back to get another service that they recommended and this location was closed so i ended up at the melrose location. I requested an automatic transmission service they agreed and said they can get it done, they charged my card went on to start the service after about 5-10 minutes later a guy comes and says they cant complete the service due to me having a transmission leak, mind you i had no leaks at all until i visited this location 5/1/25 for an oil change the day before, which they confirmed it was an oil leak only after inspecting my vehicle, when i brought it back earlier in the day prior to the melrose location incident. This has affected my family, my job and our finances and i have newborn on top of all that ,having our vehicle damaged from there services and not being able to pay to clean up this mess and company's horrible vehicle service, October 2025, the same thing happened at this location and they caused my vehicle to leak oil after they did an oil change and i paid the dealer over 1k to get it fixed and i knew i shouldn't have went back to this company for the convenience.STAY AWAY from valvoline, my car had NO LEAKs at all now my oil and transmission is leaking and its running hot and i have to take it to a mechanic to try to get it fixed from there horrible service, Dabel did her best to help me and was professional and i appreciate her but this still turned out to be a nightmare unfortunately

  We’ve been coming to this specific Valvoline location for almost 10 years because of how much we love the service! The technicians are polite, knowledgeable and fast! Both our cars stay in good health! They explain everything well-and we get out in a timely manner. Very satisfied! Will keep coming back. Thank you!

  Highly recommend! I’ve been taking my vehicles here for years because I know I’ll get great, efficient service I can trust - and as woman who doesn’t know much about cars, being able to trust the recommendations from the folks at Valvoline is something I really value.

  I really appreciate the great customer service Joshua was very knowledgeable and attentive helpful With the other services as well as Roger thank you guy. If everyone had the same carisma and patience to give customers service as great as they did for sure they’ll have customers coming back
