  The staff at Enterprise were all completely professional from the top down - the Sales Area Manager Melissa Marin, who assisted with this rental with great courtesy and care, understanding the importance and getting me an excellent rental arrangement, to Johnny Damian at the Enterprise Hollywood on Gower, as well as Michaela, who, despite what they had to deal with with the van recall, plus all of their other customers, were yet totally service minded and took care of me 1000 percent all of the way with this rental experience. Excellent excellent service. Then there was Marquis at the Hillhurst Enterprise, who arranged transport back for me after my drop, once again above and beyond service, so my rental experience would be smooth from beginning to end. In short, the Enterprise rental experience and team is the best I have ever encountered, coming off without a hiccup despite the daily pitfalls and traffic they have to deal with, which is why I stick with Enterprise year after year. This experience also benefits the entire world of science fiction and fantasy, as we host the contest winners of the biggest contest in the world, the L. Ron Hubbard gala awards for the writers and illustrators of the future! So by transporting these VIPs safely and successfully, it allows this awards ceremony and workshop week for the top new writers and illustrators in the world to happen.   Outstanding service at this Enterprise location. Grant hooked me up with a sweet ride that was freshly washed and looked like new. I rolled out like a boss, ready for the day. When I got back, he looked over the car and released my $300 deposit immediately. I found this location to be well run and well organized. Everyone was also friendly and helpful. If you value your time and want to be treated well, this Enterprise is the place.
