- MAMichael AlquistDec 22, 20255.0I'll start by saying, I live no where near this car wash but being in Cali to visit family for the Christmas holiday had me trying to wash my filthy dirty 2021 Trail Boss, I had just left another place that immediately said "that will cost $50.00 for the wash", I said what...? he said $50.00, I told the guy at the other car wash that there is no planet I would live on that I'd pay $50.00 for a wash, he said it's dirty, to which I literally said "no sh.., that's why I came here. He reiterated $50.00, I said bye bye and went and found this Quick Quack... fearing the same result. Pleasantly, the very sweet young lady manager (I did not catch her name but she has highlights in her hair), "said oh, no problem and we'll even let you go in twice!" I was so happy to hear this after the ugly interaction with the other car wash. I'm happy to say the truck came out very clean and dry, making the extra work of rudimentary cleaning, much easier. I used to live in North Phoenix and would visit the Quick Quack right next to the Harley Davidson dealer on Cave Creek and that location was just the best as well. There is something about the managment of this company that sets them apart from others. It seems that other companies treat it as such a transactional event (which in reality it is), but they just care about results and long term relationships better than other car wash companies that I have used in my life. In closing, all the staff there were on top of their game and from the interaction I had with the manager, I can why... Keep up the great work.
