  Isaac helped me out today and he was very attentive and professional. He has great customer service skills and he should be getting looked at for management. Definitely deserves a raise!

  I had gone there couple days earlier where an associate told me if I bought a battery they would put it in. So couple days later when I went in he said he couldn’t because it was raining and the floor was wet. It was not raining since the morning and the floor had dried up with a few puddles in the parking lot but not an access of water on the floor. When asking the guy if I can at least get a jump since my car won’t start he said he had to ask his manager. At this point the place went from me being alone to have a large line. When the manager walked up the associate asked him he said “that’s up to you just be safe” and then I asked him”there’s no way to switch a new battery out?” He said “absolutely not.” Which whatever that’s fine but what really bugged me is after he felt the need to say to the associate in front of me “if you jump the car ring the people up first. There’s a big line now so he can wait.” The they just stared at me till I said “ok I’ll wait here” and stepped to the side. Luckily my car started I called an autozone down the street had the complete opposite experience and was able to get my car taken care of. This location is awful I recommend anyone who needs anything to just take the extra drive to one around it or a different store in general.
