  I had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. I came in for an oil change and transmission service, and the whole process was quick and smooth. The staff was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary services. I really appreciated how efficient they were. I was in and out faster than expected. My car is running great now, and I feel confident in the work they did. Definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for fast and reliable service!

  These guys are the best ladies included. I am always in and out quickly and I always take care of every need and concern, very knowledgeable respectful and polite. Prices are more than reasonable and I go nowhere else after finding them. If there's a way to recommend them higher I wish I could.

  I had a great experience at Valvoline for my oil change. The service was quick, efficient, and very professional. The team worked well together and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I appreciated how clearly everything was explained without any pressure to add extra services. Manager Jose really made a difference. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly cares about customer service. He made sure everything was done right and checked in to ensure I was satisfied before I left. It’s great to see leadership like that — I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Typically I go to the Valvoline off Bear Valley Rd., despite living in the high desert all these years I failed to notice this location. Upon my arrival I was pleased to see not 2, but 3 bays! Never having seen a Valvoline with 3, I was excited that this service would likely be faster than prior visits. Jereme & his friendly team had me taken care of & out the door within 15 minutes, FIFTEEN MINUTES! Arrived at 5:15, done by 5:30. Phenomenal! As someone who travels from a rural area to get this service, it’s such a relief to know that after work I don’t have to wait around for the next available bay. No shade to the other location, they’re just very busy all the time. Jereme was quick to help me find a coupon since mine expired & my total was cheaper than I was prepared for, not something you get to say often. Maybe I caught this location at the right time, maybe they’re just that good. Go find out yourself, you won’t be disappointed. A big thank you to Jereme & his team for their friendly, knowledgeable & especially expeditious service! This is officially my new location.
