- RVRoy VanegasApr 10, 20265.0Love taking my kids I signed up for the promotion When it first opened five dollars for the month and you add a car for five dollars I added two cars total 3 with mine. The ONLY ISSUE WAS My expiration date was coming up and I had complications accessing my account So for anyone who is having trouble Logging into their account to remove vehicles or change your plan I did tap pay when i purchased the plan and the last four numbers on my card were not working when I tried putting that in The vehicle Information on the app. I guess when you do tap pay It changes the last four numbers on your visa anyway it wasn’t until after I got billed for all three cars on regular price that I was able to see the last four numbers had changed I entered those it gave in the receipt and I was able to access my account very annoying now I have to wait 10 days for a refund So if anyone is having that same issue go in person to cancel it. And save yourself the hassle.
- DCDaniell CooperApr 9, 20261.0So I got a membership with my old car and when I tried to switch my car they couldn’t find my account so I had to pay for the wash a few times till today they found my account but said it was not active so I decided not to deal with it and just pay , the wash I got was so horrible my daughter and I didn’t notice any soap when washing and when it was done my car still looked like it drove thru dirt and my tires where still dirty , we grabbed a rag not knowing it had some type of car oil on it my daughter started drying the car until I noticed it so I tried to flag someone down but didn’t see anyone so I decided to call but no answer, disappointing because I’ve been going here since the first one opened down the road

How does the Quick Quack Car Wash process work?
Our car wash is fast, clean, easy and convenient. A Team Member will greet you and guide you onto the conveyor. Once in position, shift into neutral, remove your foot from the brake and take your hands off the wheel. Your vehicle is safely and automatically pulled through multiple cleaning stages—including eco-friendly soaps, rinses, shine and drying—all in 3 minutes or less.
Will the car wash damage my vehicle?
No. Our innovative wash technology is safe and effective. We use gentle hand cut soft cloth wraps and pH-balanced soaps designed to protect your car’s finish while effectively removing dirt and grime. And our friendly Team Members are happy to assist you at anytime during your car wash experience.
Are there any vehicle or accessory restrictions?
Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
