  Insurance setup rental. I called to get picked up. 2 hours later nothing. Called back and was told it was transferred to another location. I called them. No answer.

  Did not have any of the vehicles available on their website. I asked for a bigger sedan & was given a small compact Mitsubishi mirage, but was told I’d receive a call about swapping for the vehicle originally scheduled. Never received even a courtesy call or text. 5 days later & I’m still waiting for a swap. How is it that I’m the customer & I’m accommodating enterprise for my business.

  Excellent customer service here by Johnathan & Lindsay, good availability of cars, and ideal hours of operation for a working professional. They got me in and out within minutes unlike at the discount/low-cost car rental companies where there’s only 1 employee working and long line of customers. Worth paying more for saving my time :)
