The techs as well as the manager greeted me and made sure that I was satisfied.

Instead you came for an oil changed and youre treated like crap because of that coupon code 18 point inspection maybe if youre blind theyll claim they inspected theyll say you denied the inspection when in fact they just didnt want to do their job. Youll complain to corporate they will do nothing and the Manager will ask you What do you want me to do about it !?!?!?!?!??!

NEVER AGAIN I WILL AVOID THIS PLACE!
