  This location does not answer the phone. I called 4 times and they left me on hold for 5-10 minutes each before hanging up and not allowing a voicemail. There is no email address readily available. They have become completely unreachable. Document everything because they WILL charge you despite disappearing.

  I rented a Chevy Malibu from the Enterprise in Hesperia, and it turned into so much more than just a car rental. The day started with heartbreak, my truck broke down the very day I was supposed to drive to Los Alamos to meet the woman of my dreams. What should’ve been a cancelled trip and a ruined moment turned into something unforgettable because of Enterprise. They came through when I needed it most. That Malibuski wasn’t just reliable, it carried hope, nerves, excitement, and the kind of anticipation you only get when you’re chasing something real. Thanks to them, I made the drive, I made the moment, and I made a memory that will forever live in our love story. It’s rare to say a company played a role in something this personal, but Enterprise did! I can’t thank the Hesperia team enough for turning a day that could’ve ended in disappointment into one I’ll never forget. Sometimes it’s not just about getting from Point A to Point B...it’s about getting to the moment that changes everything. Enterprise made that happen! And I couldn't thank them enough!
