(The Flex is known for its difficult bulb location) I explained my situation to the clerks behind the counter. I got a swift reply from Omar Sotelo. He recommended a way to install the bulbs. I expressed my appreciation on my way out; he suddenly asked if the car was with me in the parking lot. I said yes; he walked out to the car and explained in detail how to install while he installed the bulbs. After he finished I tested the lights only to find out that 2 more lights were out. Omar Sotello walked with me back into the store got the bulbs and installed them. He maintained professionalism and provided great costumer service. Had a positive attitude the whole time. Not too many young men out there going above and beyond to these days. It was refreshing to know there are good people out there. Thank you ~ Manny from Oak Hills.
