  The service here was beyond incredible. The servicemen were communicative, professional, reasonable, and easy to understand. Jim, in particular, was very personable and friendly. He was accommodating, and went above and beyond to fulfill the service, as well as providing very useful information on how to properly repair and maintenance my vehicle. I appreciate the work the mechanics at this location do, and I highly recommend stopping by for a quick fluid cycle!

  Visited the Valvoline at 532 West Florida Ave here in Hemet CA for an oil change, transmission and radiator services and was thoroughly impressed. Technicians Jim Ross and Garrett provided top-notch service. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and made the whole process easy. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but these guys are the real deal. Super quick turnaround. 5 stars!!!!! And to top it off, Chris the manager came out to ensure all was well and it was. Thank you.

  Outstanding customer service. Frequently have visited this location to have my vehicle serviced. Always greeted with a warm welcome and smile. Vehicle is serviced promptly upon arrival. Services needed are explained in detail with consumer in mind. Feel free to ask questions and receive a detailed report of service. Pricing for services are comparable to other service centers in the area. Why do I keep returning? Consistency plain and simple. Lets face it, Consistency matters. Pricing matters. Quality service matters. Check them out. Ask for Chris the service manager. His team will take care of you!

  It went so well and quick. Employees were all so helpful and so very nice and friendly with me. My 2nd time to Hemet Ca site and I will go back again. They noticed I needed a pl I g replacement and let me know. And I also got all new wipers put on at same time. My visit was Monday, April 6,2026. There maybe 20 to 25 minutes and price was right!!!!
