  I finally took my long-neglected car, Betty Blanca, in for an oil change—long overdue is putting it politely. At this point, I’m pretty sure she was running on vibes and broken promises. But the team here brought her back from the brink like true automotive heroes. Kimberley was incredibly thorough—she checked all the lights, made sure everything was working properly, and honestly gave Betty Blanca more attention than I give myself most mornings. It was reassuring to know someone was taking her condition seriously after I clearly had not. Tim was both professional and genuinely funny, which is a rare and much-appreciated combo at the crack of dawn on a Saturday—especially on your day off. He somehow made the whole experience enjoyable, which I didn’t think was possible when it involves giving up sleep and spending money. Best of all, they got me in and out quickly and efficiently, fully understanding the real emergency: I had starving teenagers at home waiting for breakfast burritos like it was a life-or-death situation. Thanks to them, I made it back in time to save the day (and my reputation). 10/10 would trust them with Betty Blanca again—though hopefully I won’t wait quite as long next time for her next check up… for her sake.

  Absolutely amazing service from Tyler and Tony! Great great customer service. Best experience I've ever had getting an oil change IN MY LIFE. They had my fiance and I laughing and kept engaging with us so much fun we didnt want to leave. Great service, great guys lots of laughs, 100% genuine. I want to come back before my oil even needs to be changed!! I would absolutely recommend coming here, ask for Tony and Tyler! Thanks again guys, for the laughs! You guys are fantastic 👏!

  Tony and Josh were incredibly professional and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. Their knowledge of the products and services made it easy to determine exactly what was needed. They made this experience one of a kind and are the epitome of the type of employees that foster an overall positive customer service experience that create a loyal clientele base. Will definitely be back for the next change and will recommend to family and friends.

  Performed a full-service oil change and radiator flush in a drive-thru environment to ensure optimal vehicle performance and longevity. Drained existing engine oil and replaced with manufacturer-recommended grade and quantity. Installed a new oil filter to maintain proper engine lubrication and filtration. Checked and topped off essential fluids, including windshield washer, brake, and power steering fluids. Conducted a radiator flush by draining old coolant, flushing the cooling system to remove debris and buildup, and refilling with fresh coolant mixture. Inspected radiator, hoses, and clamps for signs of wear, leaks, or damage. Verified proper engine temperature operation after service. Vehicle was serviced efficiently while remaining in the drive-thru lane, minimizing downtime and ensuring convenience

  You have initiated a bad vibe Mr. Manager. I'll give you an advice. I've been a manager in 3 facilities of Valvoline and one of the major things I've learned, just before reaching the most sales in my department..... Be friendly to your customers. You treated my wife and I like you're the person to do so in charge.... OMG..... You charged us as a customer 10$ for pumping a few pounds into our tires. Shame on you. I'll make sure, the owner will take care of your commission. You have been rude, you had no purpose and win on your daily income. You have charged me $10 for filing up my tire as a customer and I'll make sure you'll have to work for your next tip. I'll be back for a apology or come to my facility and I'll teach you the right behavior. Additionally I'll get in touch with Valvoline and get you on a right track. You should be ashamed. Do you get it? 10$ vs your bad review? Best part is ..... I would have giving you a way better tip than $10.
