You meet the line workers and that tells you what the owner is like. It probably is still family owned? Probably run by the founder. Good job.

The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which really makes a difference. I recently signed up for their membership, and it’s been so convenient being able to get my car cleaned as often as I need. What I appreciate most is how safe and comfortable this place feels every time I visit. On top of that, they do a great job—my car always comes out clean and looking great. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reliable and friendly car wash!

The managers refused to give me a car wash brought out 3 people to inspect the car like if they were going to fix the damage. Made us feel totally uncomfortable never going here ever again.

My only gripe was Freya kept pestering for the reason I didn’t want to purchase a membership sale. If I say no the first time, let that be enough. Please don’t continue asking me another two more times why I don’t want to until I simply say I can’t afford it. It’s unnecessary embarrassment even if that wasn’t her intention.

I like that it’s a self-dry setup—it gives you the chance to take your time and make sure everything is spotless just the way you want it. The vacuums and drying area were convenient and easy to use, and everything felt well-maintained. Overall, it’s a great spot if you like having a little control over the finishing touches while still getting a quality wash. I’ll definitely be coming back. How do I cancel my Quick Quack unlimited wash plan?
You can cancel your Quick Quack membership anytime by logging into your myQQ account or calling Customer Care at 888-772-2792. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no additional charges will occur after cancellation.
How does the Quick Quack Car Wash process work?
Our car wash is fast, clean, easy and convenient. A Team Member will greet you and guide you onto the conveyor. Once in position, shift into neutral, remove your foot from the brake and take your hands off the wheel. Your vehicle is safely and automatically pulled through multiple cleaning stages—including eco-friendly soaps, rinses, shine and drying—all in 3 minutes or less.
Will the car wash damage my vehicle?
No. Our innovative wash technology is safe and effective. We use gentle hand cut soft cloth wraps and pH-balanced soaps designed to protect your car’s finish while effectively removing dirt and grime. And our friendly Team Members are happy to assist you at anytime during your car wash experience.
Are there any vehicle or accessory restrictions?
Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
What is the Quick Quack 100% Clean Guarantee?
If you're not fully satisfied, we’ll rewash your car immediately. And if it rains after your visit, return within 48 hours for a free rewash. And if you have an unlimited wash plan, you can always come back for another wash anytime.
