  Started with an online quote, which was easy to do. Carlos was able to get that to me almost within minutes of submitting my vehicle info and damage pictures. The quote was very reasonable, the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Carlos took care of my vehicle from start to finish and I am very happy with the results. If you are looking for an honest collision repair shop, this is the place!!

  So randy and Veronica were both pleasant people who both went outta there way to help me. I love my car all fixed up. Randy even went outta his way after all done and helped me again with a part I needed. I would tell anyone to use them and I would always give their number out if I know of others who need there car fixed

  Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. After picking up my car from this collision repair shop, I realized that my sunglasses were missing from inside my vehicle. These weren’t just any sunglasses they were a gift I received on my anniversary, which makes the situation even more upsetting. I called the shop right away to report it and was told they would “look into it” and follow up with me. That follow-up never happened. My concern was basically ignored and no one ever got back to me. It’s extremely frustrating to have something taken from your car while it’s in the care of a repair shop, and even worse when the business shows zero accountability or respect for their customers by failing to follow up. I trusted them with my vehicle and expected basic honesty and professionalism, but that clearly wasn’t the case. Very disappointing experience.

  We had a great experience with Gerber Collision & Glass - Hemet on Wentworth Dr for repairs to our 2024 VW Jetta GLI. Carlos Perez, the estimator, was very knowledgeable and professional from the start. He explained the process clearly, provided an accurate quote, and the repair was completed within the promised timeframe. Veronica at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, making everything easy from drop-off to pickup. The quality of the repairs was excellent—the car looks brand new. The rental car pickup and drop-off service was also smooth and convenient. Overall, outstanding workmanship and customer service. Highly recommend this location. Steve

  Great experience from this facility that I didn’t get a chance to post it the first time they worked on our Bronco. After picking up our vehicle, Cory noticed some imperfections right away and was not trying to have me drive away without scheduling an appointment to have it taken care of. Many today don’t have the work integrity and would’ve just accepted payment and not have to worry about that problem however not from Cory. This work was not only guaranteed, but it was great quality that I wish more companies would model super thankful for this facility and taking care of of our valuables. Especially when we have no control of other peoples driving. Extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this facility for your collision repairs.
