  Received great customer service from Josh at the East Hemet location. He was very efficient & knowlegable regarding a reservation for a large van for our long distance trip. Unfortunately, We had a medical emergency and had to cancel our trip. We will continue to rent from Enterprise. Thank you again!

  The staff is polite and friendly. Sometimes it takes 10 or 15 minutes to get service because they’re helping other customers and there’s usually only two employees working. Once they get to you they are very efficient in helping you get a car and get on your way. I found that if you want anything bigger than a five passenger vehicle the selection is slim to none.

  I rented a 2025 Nissan Sentra it was very clean and Josh was the one who rented it to me he was very nice and helpful. I'd recommend enterprise to anyone

  The manager Josh of this location he came thru with my reservation. Got me the truck I was looking for and still work to get me few discounts even at the beginning the truck was not available yet to be rented to me with verbal communication between him and me everyone has happy that I was help. Thanks hemet Enterprise for coming thru in a rush and getting me and family the truck we needed for the springbreak vacation trip.

  If I could give negative stars I WOULD! I had a reservation at 12pm to pick up from, didn’t leave until almost 1:30pm spent my entire lunch there and some to get a dirty rental with an open condom in the back seat that my children found later that day when I got home . I didn’t want to go through the hassle of changing it because it was through an insurance claim . I take it back & let the “young unprofessional manager “ know . He gives me a “free day rental pass” then weeks later they leave me a message that the car wasn’t paid entirely through Mercury & they would give me until the end of the week to figure it out . They charged my card immediately after . I call them & the same manager Josh was careless about the entire situation. No empathy or understanding of the situation. The worse encounter. I rather drive to Avis in Palm Springs then to deal with them again !!!!!!
