The next day, my dad told me he had already replaced that same filter for me just one month ago. When they attempted to change the oil, they told me they attempted to remove the oil pan bolt, but it began stripping, so they stopped and were unable to complete the oil change. As a result, I did not receive an oil change. They stated that the previous shop I took the truck to must have damaged the bolt. However, the truck was previously owned and maintained by a professional mechanic whose job was quality control, and he performed all of his own work before he passed. It is highly unlikely he would have damaged his own vehicle in this manner. Oh, look at that, I found the corporate number. Thanks, Angel. Assistant manager. -Scammer, I should say..
