  I had a disappointing experience. I came to them and a service rep told me to go get my filter somewhere because my car is older style. I went and purchased my own filter and then came back to find another guy who told me completely the opposite!! He said they have the filter and that they have to use theirs not the one I had bought. There was no fitment issue, he was just being rude and stubborn. I ended up leaving without changing oil and just frustrated.

  Quick, and friendly service! Good prices as well, and they offer coupons for discounts as well. I got one in the mail for 25$ off!

  My only issue with this last visit was the tech checked off that he checked my signal and brake lights but did not. Other than that, I was happy with the service provided. I appreciate the discounted prices and coupons as they made a positive impact on my final price.

  I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent visit to your location at 3615 W Florida Ave, Hemet, CA 92545. I have typically had positive experiences at other Valvoline locations, which is why this visit stood out to me. Upon arrival, I waited in line for over 20 minutes, even though there was only one vehicle ahead of me that was already being serviced when I got there. When it was my turn, the employee who gathered my information was very persistent in trying to upsell me to a higher-priced oil change, despite my clearly requesting the conventional service. He continued suggesting additional services, and when I declined, he appeared visibly frustrated. While I understand that team members may be encouraged to promote additional services, I believe customer preferences should be respected when clearly stated. I also noticed that the same employee spoke to a younger technician—who appeared to still be learning—in a manner that came across as rude. The younger technician, however, was polite and courteous throughout my service, and I appreciated his professionalism. At the conclusion of my visit, the initial employee handed me my paperwork without any closing remarks and walked away. This level of service has not been my experience at other Valvoline locations. I hope this feedback is helpful, as I value the service your company provides and would like to continue being a customer. Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns.

  The attendant who greeted me was courteous and professional. After I explained what I needed and answered a few questions the work was started. The cost was explained and after I presented a coupon I was surprised and pleased with the cost of the bill.
