    Had the pleasure of working with Mr. Palmer, today and got me into a car i had been talking to him about for about two weeks, i gave him a list of yes’s and no’s right to see what he would say. Well to my surprise he found a car to fit my needs. He made numbers work the process super easy…. So glad he was my salesman !!! Thank you Michael Palmer !!!!!

    The 2026 Honda Prelude carries an MSRP of $43,000, straight from Honda’s own website. But when I went to the dealer, that number was a fantasy. They slapped on an outrageous $18,000 “market adjustment,” claiming it was because they had the only one available. Out of disbelief, I called two more dealers—same story. Every single one is piling on “market adjustments” ranging from $10,000 to a jaw‑dropping $25,000. And let me be clear: I’m all for capitalism and a free‑market economy. Competition and fair pricing are the backbone of that system. But the audacity of this dealership—and others following suit—is astounding. The sad thing is, I was more than ready to buy the Prelude. Instead, because of their altered state of reality, I walked out, went to Lexus within 30 minutes, and bought a brand‑new ES300h outright—paid cash. Honda and its dealers aren’t just selling cars, they’re exploiting demand. This isn’t business as usual—it’s price gouging, plain and simple.

    Before I made a desicion to go out to Long beach to look at a few cars… “Gabby” (Gabriela) from Diamond Valley Honda reached out to me through email and left a voicemail as well, she was very persistent and professional..I also spoke to her over the phone she was friendly and assertive..she acknowledged that I was interested in the 2025 Mazda CX-5 she made arrangements with a rep to meet my wife and I as soon as I would arrive…… Two hours after My wife and I finally arrived to Diamond Valley Honda and was immediately “Sebastion” himself he was very welcoming and attended to us right away he personally introduced us to Gabby and we were on our way to test drive the car of my interest…when I saw the car I loved the color and the drive and instantly fell in love “Sebastion” answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable with his answers and appreciated his time in helping us dial a reasonable financial position….I liked this guy’s personality…very patient and anthusiastic….. After all was said and done we introduce to Jesse Guiterez in Financing he was the last person we met with to finalize all our paper work it was a great experience to talk and work with Jesse he made the process easy going…however there was some delay but mainly on the technical side most of which cannot be controlled... I work in tech and understood so I had empathy toward the situation (I really do hope you get and new machine that is well collaborated to handle paper work a lot better I feel for you bro!)….other then that everything that turned out well….and other mishaps that may have occured I was treated very well and with respect…The only thing I wish I would've came with my Mazda was a spare key..but all in all I appreciated it… During my time in the finance office I happen to chat a bit to Jesse about his experiences at Diamond Valley Honda he was very positive about it….even told me a very interesting story of his time before he went into The finance department…he was telling me about a time that he drove the car they sold all the way to Arizona to exchange with the client trade-in and drove the trade-in all the way back to the dealership….it was a great story and this is when I realize this dealership was special and I was right!…when I hear stories like this I invest in the people I like to work with…Jesse also let me know that they have the most dynamic selection in vehicles than many other dealerships country wide….I saw the lot and he was right!…he mentioned that clients would drive as far the east coast knowing they had particular car they were looking for right on their lot…as they say ”A real diamond is hard to find, but Autumn leaves are found everywhere" He contacted me a few times after to let me know about new ventures in my financing …he contacted me to let me know my GAP insurance had been reduced..and a week after that he contacted me about a new lower intrest rate the bank was offering which lowered my monthly payment…I couldn’t happier jess helped me save money and is doing it in real time…..experiences like this will always deserve a great review and I want to extend my gratitude to the Team at Diamond Valley Honda you guys are the best its one for the books just ask the Dodgers…lol….and I will recommend Diamon Valley Honda to anyone that is in the market for a vehicle…..Gabby, Sebastion, Jesse ..Diamond Valley Honda cannot do it without you! thank you again!

    This dealership has caused me nothing but problems since I bought a car from them. Everything is overtightened to the point you can't do it by yourself, they refused to honor their service pass for a free oil change unless the car's oil life said 15% even if it was already 8,000 miles. These people care nothing about making you happy and only care about money and annoying you into giving up and paying them. Save yourself the headache and buy a car from literally anyone else.
