  Felix came out and tested my battery with the mobile device and it passed. But the battery wasn't charging after around 20 miles of driving and I figured it was a faulty cell in the battery bcz I replaced the alternator and negative sensor terminal and they were working fine. I've been dealing with an electrical gremlin for over a week with my wife's Highlander, with no ground issues found, and the only thing left was to test the battery. I asked to test the battery inside just to be sure and he didn't even flinch. He carried the battery inside for me bcz I have a bad knee and in ten min the test was done. He showed me the "passed" receipts and gave some tips and pointers. I was still confused about the battery passing. Well.... After leaving AutoZone, there were no more charging issues. Hemet AutoZone is 1 1/2 hrs from home and we made back it just fine. I've read that the test could have "reset" the battery cells and Felix found the time between customers to help out with this.

  Awesome service..Marco a true gem and extremely nice and helpful in getting the parts I needed and even taking his time to install them! Can’t ask for better service and I highly recommend this store.

  I don’t give bad reviews unless warranted, but my daughter went to get her car battery replaced last night and was told they don’t help replacing batteries at night. When did this change? I am hoping to see a response to this post from management.
