- Aa *Jan 16, 20261.0here's my experience calling this dealership. called and asked to speak with the used car manager. the salesperson who answered the phone said nothing, no words of acknowledgment. just immediately transferred me.... and to the wrong place. to the service department. told them i was actually trying to reach the used car manager. they put my on hold. after about five minutes, i hung up. i called back, spoke with "john". he was actually interested in helping me. he transferred me to someone. i asked that person if they were the used car manager and he didn't want to answer me... said, "sort of. what is this regarding? how can i help you?". i said, "it's a simple question. are you or are you not the used car manager?". "no, i'm not", he said. this is right after lying to me. clearly this dealership has major customer services issues and major issues with honesty and transparency. so right out of the gate, this is how they alientated a potential customer. goodbye.
