  Customer service was above and beyond! I had to rent a car while my car was being repaired. Enterprise has a relationship with Chevy to help coordinate rides and offer a Chevy rate. I wont belabor the details here, but basically there was miscommunication on my rate and payment details. Nancy went above and beyond to ensure my rental experience was smooth even though the miscommunication was the fault of Chevy not Enterprise. There is nothing more frustrating then when businesses don't take accountability and play the blame game. This was the complete opposite- Nancy just wanted to find a solution for me and did whatever she could. I can't say the same for Chevy. Thank you Enterprise, and thank you Nancy. We will for sure rent from you again.
