They told me my engine light was on in my car and I tried to remind them that I just got a major tuneup like three months ago and because I drive so far I was getting a oil change a little early they made up most of the stuff cause they didn’t want to replace anything so I think I’m gonna have to get an attorney and pursue this because there was nothing wrong with my car before I went there a few months ago I took my Audi there in a few days later the wire to the starter burnt up and my car hasn’t ran since then and I’ll take another car here 5 to 6 months later and something happened to that car so I don’t think that’s a very good place to take cars for oil change. I also had to get a rental car to go to work. I don’t understand why they came up with all these excuses and lies not to fix my car the way it was when I drove in there. Also they asked me that I want windshield wipers. I asked them how much the guy told me $29 I was thinking it was for a pair. I was charged $29 for one windshield wiper and $26 for the other windshield wiper. They never told me it wasn’t one price for two and they put them on and everything and then brought me a bill for 70 something dollars I don’t know what’s going on. They’re very indirect with what they ask you as if they’re trying to get over on you at all times
