  I visited the Mission Blvd location on April 19, 2026 for a battery test on my vehicle. During the process, the staff member assisting me misplaced the battery hold-down bracket that secures the battery in place. This was very frustrating because the bracket is an important safety component that prevents the battery from moving while driving to avoid sudden stops. I had to go to another location and spend additional money to purchase and replace the missing part. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the lack of care with a basic but important vehicle component. I hope the team improves attention to detail in the future to avoid situations like this.

  I have always had very good customer service here, but today a manager named Tino went above and behind in helping me. My wife and I will definitely be back and I would like to thank Tino again and definitely let everyone know that Autozone is very fortunate to have a manager like Tino
