- KWKyle Whitmire3 days ago1.0Asked for a oil change only. They went ahead and started adding other fluids. I go north alot and if the windshield washer fluid freezes I won't be able to see while driving. They just do what they want with people's vehicles instead of listening to what a customer wants. They charge way too much to not listen. I wont be back!

They offered to allow me to wait in my car while they changed my oil, which I really appreciated. The employees were interacting with each and genuinely looked happy to be there. One of the employees, I wish I would’ve grabbed his name, said he retired from another career, And took this job so he could mentor young adults. His pride and what he did showed, and I believe this was reflective of How all of the employees interacted with one another. And hey, even my last interaction was great— The service technician opened my car door for me to get back in! It’s the little things that go along way. This is definitely my new stop for oil changes. Thanks, everyone!
