- JMJonatan Miranda5 days ago1.0I took my vehicle about almost 2 years ago hoping to get some services completed. I had some work done, including spark plug replacement. Recently I had my vehicle serviced because I noticed some sluggish performance. Come to find out the original spark plugs were still in the vehicle. So I got charged parts and labor for a service that were never completed. So disappointed they would do that to their customers. Makes me wonder if all the other services I paid for were truly completed.
