These machines they give you will work intermittently!!!! Try to call customer service be prepared for a 1-2hr wait AT BEST!!!!! Worst part is, you can blow into it, it will read your BAC as .000 then when your up the street doing a retest, it may read that you have alcohol in your system EVEN if you did not drink. Miserable company that only worsens your already bad situation. ANY OTHER COMPANY IS BETTER THAN THIS ONE!! Please guys let me be your test mule, I am stuck with this miserable company! Please don't be like me! I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!! I am currently paying to have them take this out of my vehicle so I can pay for a new one with a legitimate company that uses updated ignition interlock devices. Intoxalock will give you a “refurbished” (covered with writing, old stickers, dirty etc) device that was created in the early-mid 1990’s. Its not worth it guys stay away from this company.
