Not once was the job done correctly the first time. After multiple return visits due to poor workmanship and recurring issues, during our last visit they lost a critical camera component with an approximate value of $2,000, which is essential for our business operations. The most unacceptable part was not the mistake itself — mistakes happen — but the complete lack of professionalism and responsibility: They refused to take responsibility Offered no solution, replacement, or compensation Essentially asked us to leave their shop Even complained that we “complain too much,” when every complaint was due to their poor work Their customer service is extremely poor, there is no follow-up, no accountability, and no support when the problem is clearly caused by them. For businesses that depend on their vehicles, this level of negligence is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this place at all.
