However, by 2:30 PM, my vehicle still had not been taken in. What was most frustrating was not just the wait, but the lack of consideration and attention toward customers. It felt like my time did not matter and that I was not being taken seriously. If there are delays or heavy workload, that should be communicated clearly and honestly. After waiting for 4.5 hours without any progress, I decided to leave. Very disappointing experience.
