  I went into the store to get a quote, one of the staff members was able to assist me, he gave me two quotes. I went home that evening and booked a reservation two days prior to my trip.When I go in the morning of my reservation I was told there were no vehicles for me. First, I was told the car needed maintenance, if I could wait. I agreed but shortly was told that all of their 6 minivans were going to be out for maintenance, oh and coincidentally I was 7th on the reservation list for a minivan. I asked if they could accommodate me with any vehicle that could seat 7, they said no. The same man who gave me a quote two days prior was the one helping me, I reminded him of the quotes he provided me with. He said, " oh yeah, we still had a lot of vehicles available for reservation at that time but since you booked later we don't have anything for you now", mind you I reserved a car that same evening. He also told me there was no phone number for him to call to let me know, which isn't true, the website would not allow me to continue without a phone number. Then he proceeded to say that the base has completely booked them out on any large vehicles for the last two weeks. His lies did not add up. Then he used the excuse of it being Spring Break week, I understand people travel but all the lies and excuses were not needed. Meanwhile, as I was given excuse after excuse the exact same thing was happening to another customer over the phone. An enterprise staff member was telling him, "sir there's nothing I can do. I can not rent you out a car that I do not have". I walked out of there frustrated and disappointed. Fortunately, the Enterprise in Fresno near the airport was able to accommodate me that same morning extremely helpful. Do not go to Enterprise in Hanford, if you do give them a call to confirm they'll have your vehicle chances are they won't have it. They overbook themselves and then can't fulfill reservations. Go to Hertz or a different Enterprise location.

  Hanford Enterprise were professional and courteous. They were willing to assist me with any questions or concerns . I would recommend them if you need to rent any vehicles. The staff was friendly and helpful. The vehicle was clean and had no mechanical issues that I had to be concerned about. I had very little wait time to pickup or drop off the vehicle. Vehicle rental reservations is highly recommend for the area of Hanford, CA. So, I suggest call ahead to there office. That will help you and Enterprise out to receive great service.

  I reserved a car for the 11 of March thru the 13 March .I reserved it a few days prior to my schedule pick up as I got ready to pick my reservation up they workers told me my car wasn't available he said he wanted to wait a hour before my pickup to inform me that my car wasn't available he said he just called me so I looked at my phone and literally I wasn't more than ten minutes .very unprofessional very unprofessional and unpleasant service who ever manages here need to do a better job I been her for years renting for weeks at a time sometime I spent good amount of money here. Not anymore I won't be coming here ever again to make things worse they wouldn't do anything for me so I went all the way to Visalia ca where I was treated like a customer.to enterprise on main Street. They apologize for the way the store in Hanford is run and they said they don't have nothing to do with them I totally understand why they would not want to be associated with them they don't care about they customer and they don't offer solutions to your concerns so I went out of my way I lost time and money cause all my appointments had to be rescheduled to later times and dates due to their causing me to go out of town to get a car .I will only rent from Visalia CA where you are treated well so enterprise in Hanford ca fix your customer service communications and stop having customer leave do to your negative attitude and unprofessional service so morale of my review I lost all faith here I will never come here till new employees and management fix themselves and I will be conducting my own visit here and there to make sure if I rent here ever it's not with the people or management that was working here on those dates zero stars if I could not happy at all and they didn't even try to make things right stay away from here even tho is local it's better to go to Visalia enterprises it will save you stress and a headache and lost of time and money that's why you reserve car so you can conduct business but I learned the hard way so come to Visalia to rent . The workers at Visalia they greeted me communicated with me answer all my questions and concerns on why they would treat me like this at Hanford enterprises even tho Visalia on these days was busy with at least 10 customers I counted they moved fast and professional. And got me on the road fast even tho it was very busy Visalia CA enterprise 10 stars keep it up with all the awesome customers service Hanford ca enterprise negative zero stars
