Update: After weeks of playing phone tag they have decided that they will not pay for the damage. Their reasoning you ask? They claim to have video of it already broken, which is false. The manager who was on site the day of the occurrence admitted fault and told us to have it repaired and bring them the invoice for reimbursement. We did and now they basically told us to get lost. Terrible business practice and customer service.
