  I can’t express enough how satisfied I am with the service I received from Enterprise. The employees made it easy and effortless for someone like me who rarely uses rental cars. I had so many questions that they were able to answer clearly and with patience. They made the whole process fast and stress free as I was in and out with both pick up and drop off. I will be using Enterprise for all future car rentals and will recommend/ refer anyone to them.

  My vehicle was clean, and had a full tank of gas. Adding on extra days was no hassle at all. It was a great experience!! Thank you team at Enterprise Grass Valley!! I appreciate you all!!

  Avoid this place! The red haired Andrew See is a total clown! He totally delayed my work trip costing me thousands of dollars during a time when every car in rental agency is sold out! You think someone who rents 12-15 cars a year off this company would not get harassed over a physical address on an id but not with this clown! Out of the 150 agents i’ve dealt with all of a sudden this clown tells me my credentials are not good enough. A business card, id, and the only two bills i have! Nope! Even corporate said it was fine but not this guy! I rent cars through my business every month and apparently thats not good enough for this idiot either! This guy became physically upset after I told him I’m not doing that and said something so racist I cant repeat it here! Some kind of manager you guys are employing! Real classy! This guy should be fired!!! I’ll take my business back to Avis!
