- GPGlen PalmerDec 29, 20251.0Poor customer service. My main car broke needing a transmission, so I bought a little car, from a friend, to get me by and switched my membership to the new car. Once I got the new car paid off and put in my name the plates changed to handicap plates for me. I asked an associate to update the plates for me. This associate just added a new car doing a switch of vehicles. Now 3 weeks later I am ready to switch back to my original car and I can't because even though it is clear in my account that it was switched to the same exact car there is nothing they can do for me. The manager wasn't even willing to come talk to me just told the employee to say call this number, I would have even accepted that if I was allowed to go through the wash at the moment, I pay my membership and have been a member for 2 years. The manager could have saved a customer by simply being willing to have a conversation.

The best part was the nice guy that helped me. His name was Jack, he was so delightful, cheerful and very explanatory about the different deals. I was very happy with all the results! I will be back.
