  This quick quack is probably the best one as there is always equal amount of space to vacuum your vehicle

  The staff is always friendly. The place is clean. They are never out of wash towels.

  Team Lead Luke was very rude and unprofessional. Did not allow me to get a wash due to having a roof rack. Had been washing my car last 3 weeks no issues but Luke decided he wanted to let me know at “his” car wash I am not welcome with my roof rack on my car. Ridiculous. Had the $9.99 monthly promotional special but am going to cancel tonight. Poor service from you guys. Do better.

  DONT START A MEMBERSHIP HERE This location does not care about their members have been with them almost a whole year. I had cancelled my membership due to a scratch on my windshield. The way they have handled this situation has left such a bad taste in my mouth for quick quack. I submitted an incident report with them and asked for monthly refund back I didn’t even go that month. This location said they can not refund me that I have to call customer service. So I did the incident report and called customer service and they told me they are not able to refund me that the store has to. Today I get a email saying that they viewed the cameras of that day and there is no evidence of the machines scratching my windshield. I’m sorry how can u see a scratch on a windshield in a car wash? Very disappointing in the process. The store manager has not contacted me back I’ve called and left a voicemail and no answer or callback. Very poor customer service. Would never recommend a quick quack car wash to anyone. DON’T WASTE UR MONEY HERE!
