  I've had some bad experiences before, with other rental companies, which gave me a impression on the industry. But the amount of above and beyond the staff did for me both during pickup and return cannot be understated. Extremely fair prices. And I messed up and ended up holding the vehicle for 2 days outside of my contract as I got back much later on friday and they still waived fees.Something that should not be expected, but was greatly appreciated and has them set up as my new primary for vehicle rental.The car was extremely clean as well.Something I can't say about a couple of other rental places.I've gone from which i've had ...smells overall, a absolutely glorious ten out of ten service and a wholehearted recommendation

  I needed a car to drive locally since my car was being repaired after an accident. I reserved it for a week using the website, but then received a call from the car repair shop, that it might take 3-4 weeks, so when I went in to Enterprise, I changed the rental to a month for the better monthly rate. My car was actually repaired in 2 weeks, so I returned the rental early and received credit for the early return. I appreciated the professionalism of the employee (the manager of the branch) and the fair way I was treated. I also enjoyed driving the car - always nice to try out different models. Glad to have my own car back, though. What I found a little annoying was that when I made the initial reservation, I was told my car would be ready to rent the next day rather than immediately. Probably could have walked in and rented one from the lot, though because there were plenty. I didn't try that. Also, I was provided a Nissan Sentra, which I consider not as nice as a Toyota Corolla, that is the example given for this class of rental. It was OK, and better than I expected. I think the website should list all the cars (or most) that are in the same category and if possible let you choose whic one from the available cars. But overall the entire experience was excellent. I have rented from the same smaller location before and they have always gone above and beyond my expectations. Thank you.

  Manager knew what he was doing. Efficient and did not waste our time. Price was somewhat reasonable. We were provided with a good quality vehicle.
