  AutoZone Granada Hills — absolutely unacceptable. I came in with my wife on Monday, Feb 2nd, 2026 at around 3:06 PM to buy engine oil. The woman who helped us at the counter was great: friendly, fast, and professional. She did her job perfectly. But another employee completely ruined the experience. A tall guy with long curly hair and tattoos stared at my wife like she was a piece of meat, gave her a filthy look, and literally licked his lips while looking at her. It wasn’t subtle. It wasn’t “a misunderstanding.” It was blatant sexual harassment behavior, and it made my wife feel humiliated, unsafe, and disgusted just for standing there buying oil. It’s 2026. There is no excuse for this. A woman should not have to feel degraded while shopping because an employee can’t behave like a decent human being. AutoZone corporate: if you care at all about customer safety and basic respect, you need to investigate this location using the time above (3:06 PM on 2/2/2026), check your cameras and employee schedule, and deal with this immediately. Train your staff, enforce standards, and make it clear this behavior gets you fired. Until then, I don’t recommend this store to any woman, and I will not be coming back.

  We went to this location last night between 6pm-7pm and asked to purchase a car battery and have it installed. The guy working there said it's too late for them to help us and that we need to come in the morning when they open. We came back this morning when they opened. There were two people there. The manager said they are not able to do battery installation there and told us to go down the road to a warehouse location. He said there would be at least 8 people there and they can definitely do it. He said the installation is quick, ten minutes. He wasn't able to do it himself but he was able to come outside for a few minutes to jump out car. We went to the new location and they only had a few people. They were able help us. This caused my husband to be late for work. We are so unhappy with their service.

  I didn't know they now have a new customer service; now if you have family problems or haven't seen a friend, come to this place There was a young man there whose name I unfortunately didn't notice. I came from far away looking for a part; the manager and the other person were busy, but the other employee was Acting as a shoulder to cry on for a lady So as not to interrupt the conversation or take it away from the lady, I simply went to ask him if she could tell me where I could find what I needed.And I admit that I was imprudent; they were rightly annoyed because they were having a family conversation and couldn't answer my question about where I could find what I needed.I hope the owners of these stores can set up a room for those kinds of conversations, since they've added that service.And so I had to leave the store at that moment
