The man working the front desk did not wear a mask, did not observe social distancing guidelines (IE he walked around the desk to stand right next to me), and also spent the entire time I was picking up a truck talking about how dining areas should open up indoor seating and use air scrubbers from the Thomas fire. He also expressed his views that COVID was being driven by a media narrative, and no one was reporting the "real" numbers. Plus side, he was through of his inspection of the truck and was polite. I'd just advise calling ahead and asking for a COVID compliant pick up if you're renting from this place. It did not feel safe to me.
