  I have gone to Precision Auto Body & Painting for many years for auto body work and have always been very pleased with the results. Today I noticed that the name had changed to Gerber, however ,the staff and technicians are the same I stopped by today after noticing my headlights are dim and asked the manager, Louie what could be done to improve my night visibility. Not only did they inspect my car, but fixed it on site immediately no charge!!! I so appreciate this service and goodwill gesture, and will definitely use and recommend Gerber collision and glass In the future!! Thank you so much

  5 stars. 10 stars. 100 stars! Huge shout out to Gabriel, Jesus, Leon... Matthew... Lou... and I didn't get a couple of names of the wonderful people finishing up my car when I arrived, I apologize! I can't recommend Gerber Collision enough. They didn't just fix the one corner of my car contracted to be fixed under my insurance. They made my whole car look like BRAND NEW. I almost don't want to oversell this because I am afraid to set expectations for people. But they used a claybar? on the entire outside of my car. They cleaned and waxed it, and it looks and feels incredible. They even gently filled in chips and scratches all over the car! They used some sort of plastic restorer or polish inside. They detailed the car inside and out. They offered to return my rental car for me. They just went above and beyond. I have a modest car, and an older model. I never expected such treatment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Faith in humanity restored. p.s. Guys, why do even my windshield wipers work so much better now? And I think my brakes? Is it because they've been cleaned for the first time???? I swear my engine sounds like it's running smoother, but I know's psychological because ya'll weren't in there polishing my spark plugs. : ) Happy Holidays to you all!!!

  The team here is fantastic and very courteous. In particular, Michael, Matthew, and Ruben were all very helpful with getting my car situated after it was damaged in a hit and run. My car was returned to me looking good as new and the team left it spotless inside and outside which was a very pleasant surprise and way to receive my vehicle. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs or maintenance, especially with the team’s transparency and communication. Shout out to the guys at Gerber!

  I was prepared for the regular inconvenience of getting damage to my car repaired, but I was so pleasantly surprised with the service & attentiveness from the Gerber team. They seamlessly handled the claim with my insurance & ensuredI had a rental car reserved. They also kept me informed of status throughout. The workmanship on the repair far exceeded my expectations, and the car was returned to me sparkling clean. If you have a need for collision repair, this team is the one to see!

  Excellent service! Our vehicle repairs were completed smoothly and efficiently, finishing earlier than the estimated pickup date. Matthew is very professional, communicative, and friendly, as are the rest of the team at Gerber. They even went above and beyond to wash the car and vacuum the interior. We were kept up to date and in the loop through the entire process, and there was even a follow-up call a couple of days after to check in. Overall really great work and customer service. Thank you!
