He was knowledgeable about the vehicle fleet, the services, rental details, and also accommodative to my family needs. I had requested an upgrade to a larger SUV, rather than a midsize. Sunil and the Team were willing to work with me to make that happen for a reasonable daily charge increase. Overall, the experience was more pleasant than other Enterprise locations I’ve visited in the past.

There were issues with getting a pickup to begin with, after waiting close to an hour. I finally was able to get a ride. As a reward?? I was "ungraded" $1 to a vehicle that was very uncomfortable and unsafe for me to drive. I asked for another car but even after 3 days, not even one other car could be found for me!!! In desperation I drove back to the rental office and was immediately given a different car (they seemed to have plenty of vehicles.) This car was a better fit however the key fob did not work and I could not lock the car. I called for help but recieved none. Leaving a car unlocked is crazy, also not all the features of the car were even operational. In the end I was able to have the key fob taken care of at my own expense and time. Returning the car was not much better due their paperwork and confusion. The claimed lack of rental vehicles and overall confusion was not something I expected from this company.
