  Elie, german and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and thorough with their work. Inspected my engine with detail and precision.They brought to my attention things that needed to be addressed in the very near future with ole pick up truck! most definitely will be back here!   I came in with my Toyota RAV4 for an engine oil top-off to bring the oil level up. They told me to wait 30 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, someone came to me and said I would need to wait another hour. I told them I didn’t have that much time and that I had already waited 30 minutes. I asked them to please just top off the oil. They said they were not going to do it right now and that I would have to wait another hour. I then asked if they could at least give me the oil and I would add it myself. They said no, they couldn’t give me the oil because they have to do it themselves. In the end, the employee walked away and said he couldn’t do anything right now. I waited 30 minutes for nothing, and nothing was done for my vehicle.

  The guys were very thorough. They told me the differences between the types of oil. Talked me through the process without any pressure or upsell.

  Brought in my 2013 Mercedes C250 for its “Service A.” This service includes a cluster of items and is automatically tracked by the car every 20K miles or 2 years and sent to the owner as a dashboard message. These include: Engine oil change with Mercedes-approved synthetic motor oil; Oil filter replacement; Fluid level checks and corrections (coolant, brake fluid, washer fluid, etc.); Tire inflation check and correction. Brake component inspection; and Resetting the maintenance counter. I arrived at the Jiffy Lube on Route 66 in Glendora and was warmly greeted by the manager Ellie. I explained to him what was needed and he and his two very efficient employees immediately started working together on different parts of this multi-point service. Ellie invited me to sit in the waiting area and as I was sitting there, he came in to let me know how it was going. At one point, he came in and got my approval to flush the cooling system and replace the coolant. I knew this hadn’t been done in more than 3 years. A while later, he came in and showed me the cabin filter and explained to me that it was in good clean condition and didn’t need to be replaced. I was impressed with his honesty and integrity, instead of trying to upsell me. I had brought the car in at about 4:30 pm and needed to pick up my wife at the bus stop at 6. As 5:15 approached, I was getting concerned…. At that moment Ellie came in and let me know that everything was finished and my car was ready to go. What a wonderful experience and I was very impressed by the manager Ellie and his team of two junior mechanics who he treated like his family.

  worth the read: DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I needed a simple oil change so I decided to go to this location for the first time to check it out. There was one car being worked on in front of me so it was a pretty slow time and it still took over 20 minutes just for me to pull in to the shop which was my first red flag. The older gentleman that was working there (possibly the manager or owner) was yelling at one of the employees that was maybe new to the job because he seemed a bit skittish and young. They took a very long time to simply change my oil, the two younger employees were talking to eachother and laughing while working on my car. I was there for over 90 minutes and was charged $150 for a simply oil change, I’m not normally someone to write a review or complain but this was necessary for the one time. I will not be going or recommending this location to anybody.
