Okay on price and time but two stars is for the lack of communication and cleanliness. I reviewed invoice later at home and says excessive oil leaks on arrival which was not mentioned or shown to me at all during my visit. Excessive is what I consider important to mention. My key was slick with oil when returned to me. Okay whatever, but then I proceed to my waiting car where I notice the front of the hood is covered in oily glove prints, the door pillar and window is smudged with oil prints and the steering wheel is greasy. I waited 4 days before reviewing to see if I would feel differently. I don't, I'm still annoyed. 2 stars.
